Scholarship Application

The 2024 Texas Medical Excellence Scholarship application period is now open! Please carefully read the following instructions to apply. You must submit your application and letter of recommendation by November 15, 2024.  

How to Apply

Step One: Application

Applicant completes the application form. Please fill out all required information before submitting, and be sure to provide original answers in the essay portion of the application. (Note: all essays will be screened for AI generated content)

Step Two: Letter of Recommendation and Recent Headshot

Applicants are required to upload a letter of recommendation with accurate contact information for the person supplying the letter of recommendation, as well as provide a professional headshot.

If you have a Google email address, you may upload your letter of recommendation and headshot directly into the application form. The letter of recommendation may be submitted in either PDF (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) format, and the headshot may be submitted as either a PDF (.pdf) or an image (.jpg, .png). There is an upload file size limit of 10MB.
