Breast Augmentation with Lift #G1104**

33 year-old female, with 3 children (no breastfeeding), had saline breast implants placed 12 years ago. She was unhappy with the shape of her breasts and desired larger breasts. She underwent a controlled rupture of the saline implants in the office, followed by 6 weeks of waiting for full deflation. She then underwent bilateral breast augmentation using 421cc smooth silicone implants with vertical mastopexy. Approximately 6 months later, she underwent implant exchange with 650cc smooth silicone implants using the existing mastopexy scars.
