This 44 year old patient, who had previously had breast augmentation with another surgeon, came to Dr. Kirby for breast implant exchange. She was also experiencing some mild sagging, following 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding each child. She was happy with her breast size, and at her pre-operative sizing session, Dr. Kirby helped her choose new implants that would keep her at about a 34C. Dr. Kirby removed her old implants, performed a minor breast lift, and inserted new, size 280cc silicone gel implants. The patient is happy with her new implants and improved breast contour.
