Breast Implant Exchange #G1106**

A 65 year-old female, with no children, wore a 34C bra when she came to see Dr. Kirby. She had initially had silicone breast implants placed in 1970 but developed capsular contracture that required multiple additional procedures, including implant exchange. She now complains of hardened, cold breasts and has a desire for them to be smaller. She underwent removal of both breast implants with full capsulectomy for capsular contracture, replacement of new 335cc anatomic, textured “gummy bear”  silicone implants placed above the muscle, and a breast lift. She now wears a 34B bra.
